Location: Australia ⏰ Work Mode: Work from anywhere (Remote Setup) Role: Service Manager - DAYSHIFT | Remote JOB OFFER Position Title: Service Manager (Virtual Assistant) Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines-based) Reporting To: Director Organisation: AU Medical Industry ROLE PURPOSE The Service Manager (VA) supports day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, shift changes, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. No prior NDIS knowledge is required; training will be provided. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Staff Operations & Rostering - Manage daily rosters and shift changes - Handle cancellations and urgent replacements - Track staff availability and leave 2. Participant, Family & Stakeholder Communication - Maintain relationships with participants and families - Communicate updates to Support Coordinators - Prepare and send monthly participant reports 3. Documentation & Compliance - Ensure staff and participant files are complete and current - Identify missing documents and follow up completion - Maintain accurate digital records 4. Meetings & Reporting - Coordinate staff meetings - Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items - Produce weekly and monthly reports for the Director 5.
